I've led teams of user researchers, content, service, and interaction designers to create quality digital products since 1997. From managing teams of freelancers working on the night shift publishing The Times and The Sun online, through to building and managing a content design practice of over 20, on the billion-pound HMCTS Reform digital transformation programme. 

I have high expectations and expect quality and commitment, but I am fair and supportive too, ensuring my teams are supported to do their best.

I work closely with teams and clients to ensure that delivery milestones or business case commitments are met while ensuring the voice of the user is heard at all times. I care about inclusivity and accessibility, and I talk about it a lot, to make sure others do too.

I live with my family and two cats in North London. I love getting up for early morning walks and listening to true crime podcasts. I love to cook, and I reread my favourite books, often.
